Environmental education can help communities understand how everyday decisions affect forests, water resources, wildlife, and public health. In Gilgit-Baltistan, it is particularly important for villages, schools, agricultural areas, and tourist destinations where natural resources support local livelihoods.
EDS aims to support practical, locally appropriate initiatives that connect environmental knowledge with community action.
We aim to contribute to a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Gilgit-Baltistan through environmental awareness, community engagement, research, and professional support for nature conservation.
